28 & 28a | Minehead Christmas Lights Switch On

Friday 27th of November from 12:30 to 23:59

Due to road closures in Minehead, services will be unable to follow the normal route in either direction.

To Minehead will follow the normal route as far as Elm Grove Bus Stop and then divert via Ponsford Road, Tregonwell Road and then the normal route from the junction of Tregonwell Road and The Avenue.

We will be unable to serve Minehead Middle School, Sacred Heart Church and The Parade Bus stops.

Away from Minehead, services will start from Butlins as usual and then divert via Seaward Way, A39 roundabout and proceed on the normal route to the Dunster Steep.

We will be unable to serve Warren Road, Minehead WSR Station, The Avenue, Bancks Street, Sacred Heart Church, Minehead Middle School, Elm Grove, Brook Street, West Somerset College and Bircham Road Bus stops.

Passengers will be able to use an alternative stop, "Luttrell Way", which is located on the opposite side of the road from The Premier Inn in Seaward Way.
