Metro's MCard

The MCard is a smartcard that makes travelling on buses and trains across West Yorkshire really simple and great value too!

If you want the freedom to use any bus or train operator across the county, MCard's the one.

All you need to do is load your MCard with the travel ticket that best suits your needs. That could be a bus only ticket, or perhaps a bus and rail ticket. Wherever you need to be, there'll be a travel product for you.

In a nutshell, an MCard gives you:

  • Hassle free travel, virtually unlimited travel on buses, or buses and trains in your selected zones.

  • Convenience, no more checking for change just tap and go

  • Great value, no need to purchase multiple operator tickets, one price for all.

And the MCard is fully transferable too, so if you're staying in but your friend's heading out, there's no need to buy more travel.

It's available in weekly, monthly and yearly formats - and all are welcomed on board First buses!
