301 / 302 Greenways Road closure – Police incident

Due to a police incident, Greenways is closed.  Services will divert via Greenways, Scar Lane and Milnsbridge until further notice.

Due to Burnley FC at home UTC, the 591 Halifax to Burnley will be on diversion today from mid day to 1700 using Ridge Avenue and Ormrod Road.

382 - 1425 Trip to Terminate at Slaithwaite Village Centre due to disruption at Wilberlee.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused. 

Due to the Huddersfield Road closure, these services will divert via the following: 

Brighouse Tesco, A643, Wakefield Road, Clifton Exchange, Cosy Cabin Cafe, Cooper Bridge Road/Leeds Road, Bradley Road, Bradford Road and normal route.

Services affected: 640 & 641 

Diversions as follows: 

640/641 to Thorpe edge Idle:
From Well Street, Church Bank, Shipley Airedale Road and Bolton Road.

640/641 to Buttershaw: 
From Bolton Road, Shipley Airedale Road, Leeds Road and Vicar Lane back to the usual route.

Works appear to have finished for the day and the road is open to traffic. Service 640, 641 to operate normal route.

Northumberland Street Closure (Roadworks)

Services affected: STF

Diversions as follows: 

Diverted via Ring Road in both directions.

B6157 Bradford Road, Stanningley - Utility Works in conjunction with Dawsons Corner improvement works.

Eastbound road closure between A6120 Ring Road and Cote Lane.

Due to this, the 72 will divert towards Leeds from Monday 8th September to Friday 17th October 2025.

The diversion will be as follows:

Dawsons Corner, Stanningley Bypass, Owlcotes Centre, Richardshaw Lane & Bradford Road.
