Services 72 & X6 A58(M) Leeds Inner Ring Road - Road closure

Closure due to cleaning works of the tunnel walls. The works are to take place from Monday 23rd March 2026 to Wednesday 25th March 2026 and Thursday 26th March 2026 to Friday 27th March 2026. The closure will be in place between 19:00 and 05:00 hrs on each day. The closure will be in place between 23:00 and 05:00 on Tuesday 24th March.

A58(M) Leeds Inner Ring Road - From West Street onto Marsh Lane then Wellington Bridge. 

Services 72 &X6

Bradford Road heading towards Dawsons Corner/ Leeds. Two out of three lanes approaching Dawsons Corner closed due to Stanningley Bypass lane closure Leeds-Bound (09:30-15:30).  2 out of 3 lane have also been closed each evening due to ongoing roadworks which is causing further tailbacks and delays.

Services 72 & X6

A647 Leeds Road, Thornbury - Yorkshire Water Works including two-way signals causing some delays particularly at busy times.

Services 4 & 4F 

Depending on the weather, there will be a diversion due to Stanningley Bypass Bridge Inspections on 26th March 2026 from 09:30 to 15:30.

Diversion from Swinnow Coop/Swinnow Road to Swinnow Lane, onto Pudsey Road resuming route from the roundabout.

Normal route now in operation. 

314/316 Huddersfield

Due to an incident at Brockholes, the Road is blocked therefore operating via 310 route, Left Miry Lane then picking up normal route from New Mill. 

314/316 Huddersfield Holme/ Parkhead

Brownberrie Lane Closed

Wed 1st April 19.00 – 05.00

Due to the closure of Brownberrie Lane, the following diversion will be in place:

Towards Guiseley:

Broadgate Lane, Church Lane, Fink Hill, Eleventh Earl, A65, Green Lane & Harrogate Road.

Towards Leeds:

Harrogate Road, A65 and then as above.

Due to the closure of Swinnow Road on the A647 Stanningley Bypass. 

Wednesday 25th March and Thursday 26th March (09:30-15:30 each day).

Service X11 will be diverting Leeds-bound only for the duration of the closure.

Due to the closure of Harrogate Road, the following diversion will be in place:

Towards Yeadon:

Leeds Road, New Road Side, Green Lane, Harrogate Road to the normal route.

Towards Leeds:

Normal route.

Gloucester Road / Kingsway, Bingley -

Unexpected road closure due to emergency works -

Service 619 & B50 School Services will continue on Ferncliffe Road and miss out Kent Road & Gloucester Road, Kingsway in both directions.

Gloucester Road / Kingsway, Bingley open and service 619 resuming normal route.

 To start the resurfacing,  North Lane in Headingley has been closed. The 91 service will have be diverted as follows : 

 Towards Halton Moor - From Kirkstall Lane, Left Queenswood Driver, Right Spen Lane, Right Spen Road, Right Otley Road, Left Shaw Lane And Resuming Normal Route. 

Towards Pudsey - From Shaw Lane, Right Otley Road, Left Spen Road, Left Spen Lane, Left Queenswood Drive, Right Kirkstall Lane and Resuming Normal Route.
