Thriving communities: Education Development Trust apprenticeship support

As part of National Apprenticeship Week, we welcomed Education Development Trust (EDT) to our Hunslet Park depot in Leeds. This is part of EDT's Future Forwards programme supporting 18-24 year olds in to employment, education and seeking new career opportunities.

It was great to see the enthusiasm from attendees who registered their interest and learnt about apprenticeship opportunities at First Bus, toured our engineering department, explored career pathways and heard first-hand from our 3rd-year apprentice Thang Tang, who shared his experience as a trainee engineer.
