Changes to young persons travel cards from 1 September - 590 only

From 1 September, customers can use the Bee Network app to travel on the 590 service with Our Pass and the new 18–21 Pass.

Our Pass:

• You’ll now receive your Our Pass directly in the Bee Network app (instead of a physical card).
• To travel, simply activate your Our Pass ticket and scan the QR code on the bus ticket machine.
• Remember: The Pass ID alone isn’t valid for travel – you’ll need both your ticket and Pass ID if asked for inspection.
• If you already have a physical Our Pass card, you can continue using it as normal.

18–21 Pass:

• A brand-new 18–21 Pass is being introduced.
• With an 18–21 Pass ID, you’ll be able to buy a half-price 28-day Bee Bus ticket for just £40 (normally £80).
• Apply via the Bee Network app from 1 September – you’ll need proof of age and address in Greater Manchester.
• Once approved, your Pass ID will appear in the app, and you can buy and use discounted tickets straight away.

For those who can’t use the app, a paper application will be available at Bee Network Information and Ticket offices.
