Due to works on B3157 Goose Hill (Coast Road), the services will divert via the following:

Between the hours of 09:00 – 16:00 only.

Outbound

Portesham Buses, Front Street, B3159, A35, East Road Roundabout, Sea Road South, Crown Roundabout & West Bay Road.

Inbound

West Bay Bus, The Crown Roundabout, A35 Sea Road South, East Road, A35, Winterbourne Abbas, B3159, Coombe Road, Portesham & B3157 Bramdon Lane.

Note:

We are unable to serve: Marsh Barn, Freshwater, Anchor Inn, Hive Beach, Cogden beach, The Lemmon Tree, Abbotsbury Hill, West Street, Ilchester Arms, The Swan, and Village Hall.  

High Street 3/10/2025 - 07/10/2025

Due to works on High Street, the X54 will divert as follows:

Outbound

Wareham Road A352, Burton Cross, A352 Dorchester Road, Wool level Crossing, B3071 & Lulworth Cove.

Inbound

Bus to do the same as outbound journey in reverse.

Note:

We are unable to serve Durdle Door Park Entrance, Pigeon Close & Post Office during this time.

Service CR6

Back Road will be closed, due to tree works. 

Thursday 30th October - Friday 31st October

Services will divert outbound only:

Via A3066 Tunnel Road, to Whetley Cross.

Inbound services are not impacted.

Note: we will not be able to serve Fire Station, St Mary’s Gardens, St James, Trusthams, The White Lion outbound.

Services X51, X53

West Street in Axminster will be closed on 28/10/25 - 29/10/25

Between the hours of 09:30 – 15:30 only

The above services will divert as follows:

Outbound

Diverting via Hunter’s Lodge, A35, A358 and Station Yard.

Inbound

Reverse of above.

Note:

We are unable to serve: Woodbury, Loup house, Lamb Inn, Trinity Square, Tesco, Axminster Leisure Centre stops (Inbound and Outbound).

Service X53

Station Road will be closed for Bonfire on the Beach.

Saturday 25th October - between the hours of 16:30 – 23:00 only

Services will divert as follows:

Outbound:

Via West Bay Road, Crown roundabout, Burton Road  and B3157. 

Inbound: 

Reverse of above.
