Parking
Overnight parking is not permitted at Park and Ride sites. Check the opening times for the site before you travel.
No, overnight parking is not permitted, so vehicles cannot be left on site for consecutive days. However, you’re welcome to use the Park & Ride service on multiple days — as long as you leave the site before closing each day and return to park again the next day.
This site offers safety and security with good lighting, clear lines of site across the car park and regular car park patrols throughout the day by staff. However, whilst all of these provisions are in place, in line with most car parks, parking of any vehicle is entirely at the owner’s risk.
If you miss the last bus, you won’t be able to access your vehicle until the site reopens the following morning at 9am, as the car park is locked overnight. Gates will be locked 30 minutes after the time of the last bus.
You are not permitted to park at this site unless you use the Park & Ride bus service, or cycle into the city centre. Please note that you can walk to the Park & Ride sites and then pay to use the bus into Lyme Regis.

No, concessionary bus passes are not accepted on the Park & Ride service. Standard Park & Ride fares apply.
Group tickets cover one shared outbound and return journey, so everyone included in the ticket must travel together on each trip.
Group tickets can be bought for groups of 4 or groups of 5 people travelling together. These tickets can be bought from your driver.
Vehicle & Site Restrictions
Motorhomes can park on site, but coaches are not permitted. There are no height restrictions for vehicles using the car park.
Accessibility
All our buses are fully accessible for wheelchairs and buggies with step-free entrances that can be lowered to kerb height and have fold out ramps - just ask the driver if you need to use it. Inside the bus there are designated spaces for both wheelchairs and buggies as well as priority seating for mobility-impaired passengers.
Facilities
There are no facilities on the Park & Ride site. Toilets are available at Holm Bush car park terminus, but these are managed separately by Dorset Council and are not associated with Lyme Regis P&R or First Bus
Pets
Dogs are permitted on Park & Ride buses providing they are quiet, well-behaved and are kept off the seats.

If we have your property, you will be contacted by a member of our team to arrange collection of your lost possessions. Any lost property found on our vehicles, providing the item is not perishable, will be kept for one month.
