Train Strikes - June 2022

On the 21st, 23rd and 25th June, the majority of train services across the country will not be running due to strike action. This includes local operators GWR and SWR.

This will not affect our First Wessex services or timetables including Jurassic and Portland Coaster services, which will operate as normal during this period.

Our Jurassic Coaster X54 offers an alternative and scenic route for customers traveling between Poole, Wareham, Wool and Weymouth. Our Wessex 10 bus service offers an alternative to the railway for customers traveling between Dorchester South, Upwey and Weymouth.

Some services may be busier than normal, so please plan your journey in advance and arrive with plenty of time.
