Temporary Stop Closure, Esmonde Close, Fell Drive, Lee on Solent.. Route X5

Our timetables for services Eclipse E1/E2 and Solent 9/9A will be amended from Sunday 6 May 2024. Our Solent F1 service will have a route extension and timetable change from the same date. Please see below to find out what is changing:

The following stops will be closed so contractors can work on replacing/repairing the shelters. The dates and times have been supplied. Please use an alternative stop during these works.

These dates and times could change due to bad weather or adverse conditions.

The eastern end of Lake road will be closed between the 13th May and 26th May affecting services 3 and 7. Both services will  divert via Holbrook Road, Arundel Street and Fratton road in both directions. These works are out of our control and may change at short notice. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

The bus stop called Cornmill street on Lake road, southbound will be closed from the 18th March until mid June. All buses will use stop M in Commercial Road North.(Just before McDonalds). Please signal to your driver your intention to travel. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. These works are out of our control and may change at short notice.

Temporary Stop Closure, Parkway North, Whiteley Way.
Routes 28 28A.

0730 Monday 11th March until 1530 Friday 31st May 2024.

Due to highway improvement works, the above stop will be closed on dates and times shown.
Passengers are advised to use the alternative stop at Ocean Hotel.

Temporary route diversion. Route X5.

Update: This diversion has been extended until late May, date to be confirmed.
Please continue to use the temporary stops on Titchfield Road.

Peak Lane and May's Lane towards Stubbington and Lee on Solent.
Route X5 southbound only. Friday 02nd February until Tuesday 16th April.

Due to the southbound closure of Peak Lane, all X5 services will divert via:
Daedalus Way to Titchfield Road, re-joining the route at the junction of May’s Lane.

There will be temporary stops available at the junctions of Marks Tey Road, and north of Anzac Close.

Temporary Stop Closure.
Down End Road and Cams Hill Road,  towards Fareham. Routes 3, X4 and SD5.
0800 Monday 29th January until Sunday 28th July.

Due to highway improvement works, the above stops will be closed until late July 2024.
We apologise that there is no suitable location for any temporary stops.
Passengers are advised to use an alternative stop.
Nearest alternative stop is located at Birdwood Grove.

UPDATE Tuesday 6th February.

The stop at Cams Hill, towards Fareham will reopen, allowing passengers to use this stop as an alternative to Down End Road.
Please be aware that this may change again at short notice, if the road works extend past the stop. 

UPDATED*** Roadworks in Stanhope Road extended until the end of June 2024

Stanhope Road will be closed to all traffic from the 15 January 2024 until the end of March. Service 3, 8 and X4 will not be able to serve Commercial Road South in both directions. The Park and Ride stops near Victoria Park (P & Q) will be the alternative stops. Please signal clearly to your driver the intention to travel. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused during these works. This is a major road closure and times or dates may change at short notice.

Between the 19th February and 31 May 2024 Lower Farlington Road will be closed for road works. Service 22 will divert away from this area via Eastern Road and Sainsbury's in both directions. This diversion will miss out Lower Farlington Road and Fitzherbert Road. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
