Temporary route diversion of route X4.
Titchfield Village and Southampton Hill in both directions.
0930 Monday 12th until completion of works on Tuesday 13th February.

Due to a short notice road closure in East Street, route X4 is being diverted via:
A27 Titchfield By -pass and Warsash Road.
Passengers are advised to use the alternative stops at either:A27 Titchfield Primary School or The Farthings on Warsash Road.

We are unable to give a precise time of opening of the road, so please check back regularly for updates on when the X4 will return to normal route.

Updated, Route X4 has returned to normal route via: Titchfield Village and Coach Hill in both directions.

Milton Road, Waterlooville

Between the 13th & 22nd May Milton road will be closed between 9:30am & 3pm each day for re-surfacing works. Service 7 will divert away from this area via London Road, Lovedean Lane, Milton Road & Eagle Avenue in both directions. The lower end of Milton Road will not be served. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused during these works. These dates and times may change at short notice due to circumstances out of our control.

Bury Road, Gosport

Between the 9th & 15th May there will be NIGHT working in the Bury Road/Ann's Hill area. These work are from 8pm and 6am each night with no weekend works. Service E2 will divert in both directions and miss out the stops at War Memorial Hospital and Carnarvon Road. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused during these works.

Timetable changes to services 9/9A, E2/E2 and F1 from 5 May 2024

Our timetables for services Eclipse E1/E2 and Solent 9/9A will be amended from Sunday 6 May 2024. Our Solent F1 service will have a route extension and timetable change from the same date. Please see below to find out what is changing:

Eclipse E1/E2 Fareham - Gosport via BRT	Evening frequency will increase to operate every 20 minutes Monday to Saturday after 2300. This will help with late night ferry connections.
Solent 9/9A Fareham - Rowner - Gosport	Evening frequency will increase to operate every 30 minutes Monday to Saturday on the 9 route.
Solent F1 Fareham - Highlands, Thorni Avenue	Certain trips have been extended to serve Sainsbury's, Broadcut. The service will operate between 1000-1600 Monday to Friday and 1045 to 1545 Saturdays.

PORTSMOUTH BUS SHELTER replacement locations & stop closures

The following stops will be closed so contractors can work on replacing/repairing the shelters. The dates and times have been supplied. Please use an alternative stop during these works.

Lake Road (Eastern End) Portsmouth.

The eastern end of Lake road will be closed between the 13th May and 26th May affecting services 3 and 7. Both services will divert via Holbrook Road, Arundel Street and Fratton road in both directions. These works are out of our control and may change at short notice. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Cornmill street, Lake Road Portsmouth (SEHRT)

The bus stop called Cornmill street on Lake road, southbound will be closed from the 18th March until mid June. All buses will use stop M in Commercial Road North.(Just before McDonalds). Please signal to your driver your intention to travel. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. These works are out of our control and may change at short notice.

Update: This diversion has been extended until late May, date to be confirmed.
Please continue to use the temporary stops on Titchfield Road.

Due to the southbound closure of Peak Lane, all X5 services will divert via:
Daedalus Way to Titchfield Road, re-joining the route at the junction of May’s Lane.

There will be temporary stops available at the junctions of Marks Tey Road, and north of Anzac Close.
