Mumby Road closed for road works

Services E1, E2, 9, 5 and 11 will divert as below

Services E1, E2, 9, and 5 will continue up South Street and turn right into the bus station

Service 11 will turn off Mumby Road at Spring Garden Lane, then continue up South Street

Eastney Health Centre

Due to temporary traffic lights, Bus Stop towards Festing Road has been closed

1 & 2 services will use Kimberley Road Stop instead

On the 12 August roadworks will take place in Wych Lane between the A32 and Tukes Avenue betwen 9am and 4pm.
Service 9 will divert away from this area and will not be able to serve stops alone Tukes Avenue.
The diversion will be Palmeston Drive-A32-Cunningham Drive-Gregson Avenue-Brookers lane in both directions.

Service F1, Temporary Stop Closure.  Arundel Drive, Miller Drive, Fareham.
0730 Monday 3rd until 0730 Wednesday 12th August.

Due to road works, the above stop will be closed between the dates shown above.
Passengers are advised to use the temporary stop provided by the works contractors.

Service 5 Short Notice Temporary Route Diversion, Elmore Road, Lee on Solent.
Tuesday 28th until further notice.

Due to road works making it unsafe to proceed in Skipper Way, route 5 will divert as follows:

Towards Fareham. From the Inn by the sea, Marine Parade East, Milvil Road, High Street, Russell Road, Fell Drive. Normal route from The Community Centre.

Towards Gosport: From the Community Centre, Fell Drive, Russell Road, Grove Road, Manor Way, Pier Street, Marine Parade East. Normal route from The Inn by the Sea.

Passengers are advised to use alternative stops at either Inn by the Sea, or Russell Road (Fell Drive) in both directions.

Service X4 Temporary Route Diversion. Warsash Road and Abshot Road.
Thursday 23rd July until Friday 28th August.

Due to road closure in Abshot Road, all service 4s will divert via Hunts Pond Road in both directions.
Temporary stops will be available in Hunts Pond Road at either:
The entrance to the allotments or outside the Sir Josheph Paxton Public House.

Service 3 Temporary Route Diversion. Portchester, Cornaway Lane and White Hart Lane.
Thursday 23rd July until Monday 31st August.

Due to a road closure in Castle Street, Portchester. All route 3s will be diverted via West Street A27 in both directions.

All Stops in Castle Street, White Hart Lane and Cornaway Lane will not be served during this diversion.
Passengers are advised to use any available stops along the diversion route.

NO STOPS ARE AFFECTED BY THIS CLOSURE

Charlotte Street will be closed for the whole of September for re-surfacing.
Buses will be on a diversion northbound using Marketway and Hope Street roundabout to get to Commercial Road North.
No stops are affected but there might be a small delay in times out of the City.

13 July to 8 August 2026

Due to road works in City Centre south, Portsmouth (Outside Iceland) stop G towards the Hard is closed.
Please use the Stop next to Victoria Park (P) which is the other side of the mini roundabout. for services 3,8,x3,x4,x5 & 8.
Services 1 & 2 will serve stand F in City Centre South.

Service E1 | Elson Church Road Closure

Between the 17August and 31 August 2026 there will be a road closure near Elson Church affecting the E1 route. The diversion route below will be followed.

Service E1 to Gosport

Normal route to the Brockhurst roundabout, onto Elson Road, Gunners Way, Heritage way onto normal route.

Service E1 to Fareham

Normal route to the Windsor Castle, onto Heritage Way, A32 down to Brockhurst roundabout onto normal route.
