Service 2 To Allaway Avenue

Bishop Crispian, Queen Street/ Alfred Road, Marketway Roundabout, Anglesea Road, Winston Churchill Avenue, Station Street, Train Station, Arundel Street, Holbrook Road, Bradford Junction and onto Normal Route.

Due to works, the following diversion is in place:

Service 1 To The Hard

Fratton Bridge Roundabout, Holbrook Road, Arundel Street, Ports & Southsea Train Station, Station Street, Winston Churchill Roundabout, Winston Church Hill Avenue, Hand Lane,  Anglesea Road, Queen Street and to the normal route.

Service 1 To South Parade Pier

Bishop Crispian, Queen Street/ Alfred Road, Marketway Roundabout, Anglesea Road, Wisnton Churchill Avenue, Arundel Street, Holbrook Road, Bradford Junction and  onto Normal Route

Temporary Stop Closure, Routes 28 28A. Office for National Statistics, Segensworth Road, Fareham.
0800 Wednesday 6th until 1800 Friday 8th May.

Due to road works, the above stop will be closed on the dates shown.
Passengers are advised to use the temporary stop provided by the works contractors.
This closure will affect the stops in both directions.

Temporary Route Diversion. Route 9 Privet Road, Gosport.
 Overnight diversion from 2000 Tuesday 5th until 0600 Wednesday 6th May.

Due to road closure in Privet Road, route 9 will divert via:
Anns Hill Road, Brockhurst Road, Fort Brockhurst Roundabouts, Rowner Road, and Grange Road in both directions.
The stops at: Oval Gardens, Queens Parade, Sandford Avenue, Western Way, Bay House School, King Fisher Caravan Park, and Grange Road (South) will not be served during these works.

Alternative stops are located at either: War Memorial Hospital or Grange Road (Howe Road)

A27 Titchfield by – pass or the temporary stops located on Warsash Road.

Charlotte Street Closed

Services 3,7 and 8

Due to highways repairs Charlotte Street will be closed. Please divert via the following.

Out of Unicorn Road follow the bus lane to cascade and continue on cascade approach to the Marketway onto cornmill street to exit to city Center north.

Ludlow Road

Due to works on Ludlow road, the road will be closed between 09:30 -14:30 please divert as follows :

Towards Portsmouth

Normal route until Allaway Avenue shops then up Ludlow road but carry straight on along Allaway Avenue then up Washbrook road and back onto normal route.

Towards Fareham

Normal route to Washbrook Road then carry on straight down to the bottom of the road at the end of the road onto Allaway avenue and follow Allaway avenue back to Allaway Avenue shops back to normal route.

Washbrook Road

09:30 – 14:30

Due to works on Washbrook Road, the road will be closed between 09:30 -14:30 please divert as follows :

Towards Portsmouth

Normal route up Ludlow Road, then onto Credenhill Road to the bottom, onto Allaway Avenue to the traffic lights. Onto Southampton Road, at the traffic lights onto Pasteur Road, at the traffic lights up Sevenoaks Road, into Carvell Drive into QA, back onto normal route.

Towards Fareham

Normal route to Cavell Drive, onto Sevenoaks Road, onto Pasteur Road. Onto Southampton Road. Allaway Avenue, onto Credenhill Road then onto Ludlow Road, back onto normal roue.

Temporary Route Diversion. Routes X4 and X5. Southampton Marathon Event 2026.
Sunday 3rd May 0700 until 1400*

Due to the Southampton Marathon Event, all services will terminate at Fort Road Woolston.
All services will depart from the stop at Fort Road opposite Woolston Lodge Surgery.
