On the road to a sustainable Leeds
- We're introducing 57 zero emission single and double-decker buses into the Leeds network
- These vehicles will save over 50,000 tons of carbon emissions over their lifetime
- By March 2024, a third of the fleet operating from Bramley will be electric
- We have installed solar panels at 20 depots including Hunslet Park in Leeds generating more than 2 million kWh of renewable energy a year, equivalent to the energy required to power 700 family homes
