If you have received a standard fare charge on one of our services, and don’t believe you should have, please send us some details and we will look into this for you.

If you wish to pay a standard charge by instalments, then please let us know the details and we will look in to this for you.

Once you have submitted the form, you need take no further action. We will write to you at the postal address you provide below with the outcome of your appeal.
