U4: Penrose Hill, Porthleven

There will be a road closure along Penrose Hill, Porthleven from Monday the 8th of September to Tuesday the 9th of September between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30.

This will affect the U4 service.

Buses will be diverting as follows:

BUSES TOWARDS PENZANCE

Buses will take their normal line of route after Coinagehall Street then turn right at the 2-mini roundabouts turn right and follow the A394 to Porthleven turn. They will then turn left and travel down the B3304 towards Porthleven) until they reach Tolponds Road where they will turn left and follow on to the end, turning right onto Torleven Road. They will then carry on to the mini roundabout, turn left onto Gibson Way, follow road to the end, turn right and resume their normal line of route.

BUSES TOWARDS FALMOUTH

Buses will take their normal line of route through Porthleven until they reach Wellington Road where they will turn left into Gibson Way and travel to the roundabout. They will then turn right into Torleven Road and continue along Torleven Road until you reach the junction and turn left into Tolponds Road. They will then travel to the junction and turn right, follow road to Porthleven turn, turn right and follow road to Helston. At the 2-mini roundabouts by the boating lake, buses will turn left and resume their normal line of route.

Please note that we will be unable to serve stops between the Boating Lake and Penrose Hill.
