U4 & L1: Helston Flora Day

Helston Flora Day will be taking place Wednesday the 7th of May between the hours of 18:00 and 22:00, and Thursday the 8th of May between 05:30 and 20:00.

This will affect the U4 and L1 services.

Buses will be diverting as follows:

U4 Towards Penzance

Buses will take their normal line of route to Tesco. After picking up, buses will turn left onto Clodgy Lane and continue to the roundabout where they will turn right onto the A394 and continue over the Sainsburys roundabout. They will then turn right at the next roundabout onto Meneage Road and continue to the Spar shop and turn left onto Whitehill Terrace and travel up to the Boating Lake where they will resume their normal line of route.

The L1 buses to Mullion will follow the above U4 diversion, resuming normal line of route at Helston Sainsburys.

U4 Towards Falmouth

From Helston Boating Lake, buses will turn right onto Whitehill Terrace and proceed to the roundabout at the Spar shop. They will then turn right into Meneague Road and proceed to the next roundabout where they will turn left onto the A394. They will continue over the Sainsbury’s roundabout and then left at the next roundabout onto the B3297 Clodgy Lane and resume their normal line of route at Tesco

The L1 buses toward Truro College will follow the above U4 diversion after Helston Sainsburys.

Please note that buses will not be able to serve, Blue Anchor, Seven Stars, Godolphin Road and The Parade.
