Age UK York provide a wide range of services to help older people in the local area including:

  • Activities for people living with dementia and their carers (in conjunction with The Alzheimer's Society)
  • Information sessions to help you do more online with Digital Buddies
  • Providing people with short term support to care for their pets
  • A hospital services scheme to support you when leaving hospital
  • Daily personal care in your home with short and long term support
  • Day clubs to meet other people aged 55 and over
  • Helping to re-engage people in their community
  • Providing companionship and support to older people
