All single journeys for adults and young people are currently capped at a maximum of £2, as part of HM Government's Single Fare Cap.

And if you're under 20 and in full time education, we offer a range of discounted Student Saver tickets. They're ideal to get to and from school, college or sixth form and give you FREE unlimited travel in the evenings, at weekends and during some holidays too!
Our Charcoal Line buses take you right to the heart of the city - great for getting to work, college or for a day in the shops.

Surrey Street
St Stephens Street
If you're making a connection in the city, then you can catch our Network Norwich Green Line, Pink Line, Purple Line, Turquoise Line or Yellow Line services from St Stephens Street - just a few steps from the Charcoal Line stop.
Or, for the Blue Line, Orange Line or Red Line you can walk the short distance to Red Lion Street or Theatre Street.
If you're changing to or from our Coastlink X1 & X11, X2|X21|X22 or excel A|B|C|D buses from Norwich Bus Station, then it's another easy switch from our stop St Stephens Street.
