Really astounded at the changes to the no 29, no service from bathgate to falkirk on saturdays, yet a reasonably good service on sundays!! It is the only way my sister and i can meet up. Would like to know the reasoning behind this.
Service 29 continues to run between Falkirk and Bathgate in the evenings and on Sundays in line with support from local councils. Daytime journeys between Falkirk and Avonbridge on Mondays to Saturdays continue to operate on a commercial basis.

Smiley driver, on time, love this bus it's a very quick route to and from Whitburn and Livingston
Service 600 was recently extended from Livingston to Whitburn to open up more direct links across West Lothian to Livingston and Edinburgh Airport.

Since the routes have been changed from 62/63 to 51/52 I feel the service has been more reliable.
We always review our network coverage to make sure that the routes that we operate strike a balance that keeps communities connected together reliabily.

"The buses which terminate at Linlithgow are causing confusion and passengers to hurry to catch thinking they are going through to Edinburgh. It is difficult toread their destination only their numbers are obvious. I suggest you add a letter after their numbers eg ‘L’ to distinguish them. This was done on the buses whichwent into the Gyle shopping centre when they had a ‘A’ after their numbers. This would greatly improve the service."
We've listened to feedback that we've received in recent times about service 38 and, from 28 January, service 38 will be improved to operate every 15 minutes on Mondays to Saturdays along the full route.

"Service could have been made better by re-routing the bus by Stoneyetts Road into Gartferry Road instead of having yet another bus using the motorway between Glasgow and Cumbernauld. Using the M80 isn't any use to Muirhead and Moodiesburn where more homes are being built."
We've fed this suggestion back to our network team so that it can be considered in the future.

"The queues for the UL are horrendous in the city centre and the university causing huge delays. This bus has made me late multiple times for uni and delayed my journey home due to the new route. There is a huge lack of services causing these queues to grow rapidly."
We've been monitoring this service and have since introduced additional journeys to meet customer demand.

"I got this bus every day from Wed 22nd August to Sat 25th at 10:44 or 11:15 from Kirkliston in to Edinburgh and arrived at least 10 minutes late every time. I did not have a single journey that was on time."
We have made changes to our network which commenced on the 20/08/18 and are currently reviewing the data to ensure the extra resources built in to the running times are adequate. This will be monitored through our in house ticketing and GPS systems, as well as through driver feedback.
"All of your timetables, either at bus stops or on Traveline, show the UL service as operating all year round. Please update these to show the service is seasonal.
Our Uni-Link service is being enhanced with effect from 10 September to an all-year-round operation. A full distribution of timetables will take place prior to the launch, including on our websites and App. We will further market the changes through various forms of communication.
