Frequently Asked Questions
- Why are you only selling group tickets at the weekend?
We’ve got limited capacity on our buses at the moment – and we’re much busier during the week. We’re reintroducing our great value ‘weekender’ ticket at weekends, to give you a chance to get out and about with your family and friends when our buses are quieter.
- Can we sit together?
If you’re travelling with people you live with, those within your support bubble or someone you’re in an established relationship with, you can sit together - view the government guidelines >> Please remember to socially distance from other customers on board and to wear a face covering at all times (unless you’re exempt)
- Do restricted capacities apply to group tickets?
Yes, our buses can still only carry up to the maximum number of people shown on the outside of the bus – this includes anyone travelling on a group ticket. You can use our space checker tool to look for the quietest times to travel – and check live capacities for your bus on our app.
Please note that the Weekender ticket is not valid on event services or any other special services.
* £9 when purchased via the First Bus App, or £10 when purchased from the driver on-bus
