We've introduced 'Tell First Bus' so you can tell us how you feel about travelling with us in Greater Manchester and to help us to improve our service.
Our online feedback form is available 24/7 and you can access it on any device here. And to prove that we really are listening, have a read below about some of the changes we're making in Greater Manchester based on the feedback YOU have given.

As well as regularly reviewing timetables, we have also improved our recruitment process, so that we do not have to cancel services due to staff availability. |

"The buses are full of litter and discarded food wrappers which in my opinion should be banned on the buses as the perpetrators don't seem to know where the litter bins are" | We employ a team of cleaners who maintain the cleanliness of all our vehicles, but we also need our customers to remember to remove their rubbish from the vehicles when they depart and to help stop people from vandalising our vehicles. |
"Some of your drivers need lessons in how to be polite to their customers and the public" |
We have now introduced Journey Makers, a mandatory training programme for all drivers to ensure they have a better understanding of customers needs. |
