We've introduced 'Tell First Bus' so you can tell us how you feel about travelling with us in Bradford and to help us to improve our service.

|"When your buses drop me at Bradford Royal Infirmary, I have to walk all the way round to get to the new reception desk – can you drop me off nearer please?"||
Thank you for your feedback. We have reviewed our services surrounding the Bradford Royal Infirmary and have now changed the 680 to also serve the new main entrance to make the hospital easily accessible for all our customers.
|"The X6 is forever stuck in traffic coming out of Leeds on an evening. Can’t we add in some bus lanes?"||
Unfortunately, our services do suffer from extra congestion in the peak times around the city centre, and as much as we would love to add bus lanes across the whole of West Yorkshire – it’s not that easy to do. However, we have looked to see if there is anything else we can do, and have realised there are several different routes we can take out of the city centre which do not miss out any passenger stops.
This means that the driver can now make a judgement call based on the amount of traffic/congestion they are facing on their journey out of Leeds, and can decide which of the three different routes to take based on this.
We hope that this will help the X6 when getting out of Leeds and heading towards Bradford.
"Service 681 and 682 are often late which can be frustrating when I have somewhere I need to be on time."
We are sorry to hear this. We have reviewed this service and have found it has been suffering from extra congestion at peak times due to increased traffic on the road. To help counteract this and improve the punctuality of the service, we have introduced a revised timetable which will come into effect from Sunday 18th February onwards.
