There is a link on the login page for either daily ticket or buspass holders which when clicked requests your email address and your password is then emailed to you.

The website doesn't accept my unique reference number.

Please check that you are entering this correctly. Remember it is an eight digit code consisting of 2 letters and 6 numbers and it can be found on the back of your ticket. If this still does not work, please send us your name, full contact details and your number to us at webelieve@firstgroup.com and we will deal with this on your behalf.

I won a prize which in order to claim I need to send in my winning bus ticket however I have lost my ticket.

Sorry, unfortunately you are unable to claim your prize without the original ticket. 

My bus ticket says I've won a mystery prize but the ticket machine has cut off part of the 8 digit code

I don't have a ticket with a unique code.

Only tickets that say you have "Won a Mystery Prize" will have a unique code. If you think there is a problem with your ticket please send it together with your name and email contact details to:

I am a season ticket holder and have won a prize which in order to claim I need to send in my pass once it has expired. I don't want to wait until my season ticket has expired/it is a concession pass so do not want to send this in.

Please send a contact daytime telephone number and we will arrange for you to collect your prize at the most convenient First bus depot for you. You will need to bring along your current season ticket / bus pass for verification.

How do I claim my XYZ prize?

I have already won a Blockbuster offer, can I use it also?

No, as only one of these vouchers can be used per household. You can however pass it on to a friend or relative who you think would enjoy using this offer.

When do the offers expire?

  • The Blockbuster 2 for 1 DVD rental offer is valid until 31.01.12.
  • The Blockbuster 4 week's on-line rental for £1 offer can be claimed until 31.01.12.
  • 2 for 1 entry to Merlin Entertainment attractions [The Blackpool Tower, Legoland Discovery Centre, Sea Life, Sea Life Sanctuaries, The Dungeons, Madam Tussauds and Warwick Castle] offer is valid until 31.12.11.
  • All claims for non Blockbuster prizes must be made by 30.12.11
